Who are your Trainers?
||Greg Johnson has 15 years of experience in fitness and physical therapy. He holds a B.S. in Fitness and Rehabilitation From Plymouth State College, with minors in Health and Wellness, as well as Coaching. Received his Masters of Kinesiology from the University of California Penn, with concentrations in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention. Holds Certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA, Performance enhancement Specialist through NASM (NASM-PES), TRX suspension Training, Kettlebell Instruction, and Speed & Explosion. Greg has also gone through the Titleist Performance Institute to become a Level Three Certified Golf Fitness Specialist, and Junior Golf Fitness Specialist. Greg has also completed the Precision Nutrition Certification, adding nutrition counseling enhances overall performance, and weight management in any program.
Greg has also won awards as a personal trainer, most recently, the 2015 Life Fitness Personal Trainer to Watch, International Winner.
||"Hi my name is Angela Draws, otherwise known as 'Angie'. My colleagues sometimes refer to me as 'Director of First Impressions' mostly because I am always smiling. I discovered my passion for fitness when I began my journey of recovery. I fell in love with helping people and breaking the boundaries of the limits we once put on ourselves. Experiencing the incredible health benefits that fitness had to offer not only physically, but mentally and spiritually as well, I thought it was paramount that I should follow my heart and share this with the world.
As a fitness professional, I am always continuing my education and mentorships so I can motivate, inspire, and become a master of my craft.I am a graduate of Sacramento's National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) where I studied the science and art of personal training. I am CPR/AED certified through the American Health Association. I am certified in TRX suspension training as well.
I love animals, music, playing street soccer, I believe there is always time to dance, and I am so grateful for the family and friends that I get to share this journey called life. Two of my favorite quotes are, 'Just like the tide, you will rise or fall as the most influential bodies around you', and 'You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great."

||Jim MacDonald is a physical therapist specializing in golf performance and golf injury treatment and prevention. He has been in private physical therapy practice (East Sacramento Physical Therapy Inc.) in Sacramento since 1990. His facility is the Northern California point of service for Body Balance for Performance (BBFP). He has been part of the BBFP network for since 1998 and he has been a sponsor/trainer-therapist associated with the Northern California Section of the PGA for several years (NCPGA). He has been associated with the NCPGA annual player-teacherdevelopment forum since 2004 and he as been a seminar lecturer for the PGA & LPGA regarding physical performance and injuries. He has worked with golfers of varying indices from LPGA and Canadian tour players to beginners serious about improving the physical component of their game.
As a member of the BBFP network, he has been trained as a Golf Fitness Expert and he recently completed his doctoral degree in which his academic practicum emphasized; golf performance, injury prevention and liability exposure for PGA & LPGA teaching professionals. Jim has been active in the physical therapy profession since 1980. He received a Bachelors of Science in Physiology from the University of California at Davis in 1983. He received a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of the Pacific in 1988 and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Boston University in 2006. In April of 2007, Jim Became certified in the Titleist Performance Institute’s Certified Golf Fitness Instructor Program. As of October 2007, he is one of the first TPI certified Medical Level 3 practitioners.
